Plain terms, written to be read. They describe what this site is and what it is not, in language that does not need a lawyer to unpack.
Information, not advice
MingleReview publishes descriptive reviews and comparisons of dating apps. Everything here is informational. It is not advice, and it is not a recommendation tailored to you, and it cannot account for the one factor that decides your experience, which is how many people near you are using a given app.
Using the site
You are welcome to read anything here, link to it, and quote it with a link back. What is not allowed is republishing pages wholesale, in any language, with or without attribution, or presenting the reviews as your own. Automated scraping that places load on the site is also not allowed.
Accuracy and changes
Dating apps change their interfaces, their free tiers, their features and their ranking constantly. The reviews here describe how the apps worked when they were last checked, and they carry a date for that reason. Where something is found to be wrong, it gets corrected rather than defended, and corrections are welcome at support@minglereview.com.
No affiliation
MingleReview is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any of the apps it covers. App names and logos are the property of their owners and are used here to identify the products being described.
Links to other sites
Pages here do not link out to other sites. Where an app or an app store has to be identified, its address is given as plain text so you type it yourself rather than following a link from here. The next-step page is the one exception: its button hands you to the destination site, and the page says so in plain words before you act on it. Nobody else’s terms, and no other company’s practices, are covered by this page.
No warranty
This site is published as it is. No promise is made that it will be available at any particular time, that it is free of errors, or that an app described here will work for you. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for a decision taken on the basis of something read here.
Commercial relationships
No app pays for placement on this site, and none can buy a better position in a list or a kinder sentence in a review. If that ever changes, the arrangement will be described on the affiliate disclosure page before any link of that kind appears.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site changes. The version published here is the version that applies, and a change will be described rather than made silently.
