One address, read by the person who writes the reviews. There is no contact form, because a form would collect your details to deliver a message an email already delivers.

The messages that help most

  • A correction. If a review says something about how an app works and that thing is wrong, say which app and which sentence. Corrections are the most useful messages this site receives, because the apps change and the copy does not change on its own.
  • Something we have got wrong about a paywall. Where a free tier stops is the fact most likely to go stale, and the one that matters most to a reader deciding what to install.
  • A question about a review. If a recommendation does not fit your situation, the answer may be that the review should say so explicitly. Those messages improve the pages.

Questions this address cannot answer

It is not for submitting your own app for review. The roster is fixed at the ten mainstream apps, for the reason set out on the about page: a small app can only be assessed against a local population that a review cannot see.

It is not for asking whether an app will work in your area. That is the one question this site cannot answer, and the method page explains why.

Personal information

If you write in, the message and your address stay in the mailbox and are used to reply. They are not added to a list, sold, or used for anything else.
